From somewhere over the rainbow you walked into our lives,
You were shy and humble yet you took us by surprise.
As you sang your words, we had to stop and see,
You sang like an angel, in total harmony.

We watched your weekly journey; you grew before our eyes,
Your passion and emotion, began to touch our lives.
You grew from modesty into a woman, who believed,
Like a dream that had come alive and finally freed.

Now you live your life, where others want to be,
And everyday you remind us, of all the possibilities.
You taught us to follow our hearts, so long as we believe,
Dreams that lie deep within can always be achieved.
