Vogue.com has published a feature on Leona’s stunning appearance on the BRITs red carpet, in a fabulous dress designed by William Tempest.

The top fashion site quotes Tempest as noting that “Leona looked totally stunning in my dress and really oozed confidence and sex appeal”!

The designer also revealed that the dress “is called Tiffany, and is a corseted minidress from my spring/summer 2010 collection, A View to A Kill, which was inspired by Le Crazy Horse de Paris and Forties lingerie advertising.”.
