The 2008 MOBO awards are on their way and once again Leona’s remarkable talent has seen a flurry of nominations come her way – she’s up for an astounding three awards!

Leona’s phenomenal success and breathtaking music over the past year has attracted nominations for Best UK Female, Best Album for ‘Spirit’ and Best Video for ‘Bleeding Love’.

The MOBO Awards celebrate music of black origin from the UK and internationally and this year they will take place at the Wembley Arena in London on Wednesday 15th October. The Awards will be hosted by Spice Girl, Mel B alongside Rev Run of hip hop outfit Run DMC.
