After hundreds of submissions, a public vote and much deliberation from Leona, Glamour Magazine editor Jo Elvin and British designer William Tempest, Lilyana’s beautiful design was declared the winner.

After hundreds of submissions, a public vote and much deliberation from Leona, Galmour Magazine editor Jo Elvin and British designer William Tempest, Lilyana’s beautiful design was declared the winner.

The Hurt EP features a collection of three covers; Iris (Goo Goo Dolls), Colorblind (Counting Crows) and the title track Hurt (Nine Inch Nails).  All three tracks are delivered with the tenderness and delicate beauty that we all so easily recognise as Leona.

Leona has been in the studio finishing her forthcoming third studio album Glassheart, set for release next year.  Most recently she has been working with acclaimed British producer Fraser T Smith who has worked with names such as Adele, Kylie Minogue, Cee-Lo Green, Britney Spears and Ellie Goulding.  After working together on songs for the new album they decided to put together an EP to be released for fans while Glassheart is being finished.

Of the EP Leona said, ‘I have been enjoying my time in the studio with Fraser so much and we felt that this EP would be a nice treat for fans whilst they wait for us to finish the album.‘
